Maintaining standards.
Quality and Accreditations
We know we follow good management practice. We even have impartial proof of this in the form of ISO accreditations which are globally recognised. We earned these and they’re monitored regularly, so we must be consistent across all systems. Indeed, we have a dedicated full time Quality Manager to focus on this particular area of the business – we realise its importance.
| ISO9001. This is the international standard for Quality Management Systems. Quality in everything: service; processes; documentation; communication; training. Every 6 months, third party auditors test our compliance by randomly selecting procedures. This stamp of approval guarantees our continuous improvement and ability to meet quality requirements to satisfy your needs. |

| ISO27001. Information Security Management – the global standard for managing data securely. Peace of mind. Reed & Mackay was the first travel management company in the world to hold this accreditation. A testament to our commitment to your information security. |

ISO14001. The recognized standard for Environment Management Systems. Recycling, waste, energy, carbon footprint. We all need to reduce our environmental impact and operate in an environmentally sustainable manner; maintaining a robust framework helps us achieve this. |
