Before making a booking they do the research so that every detail is covered. Matching the right holiday to you. From visas to preferred seats, excursions to type of pillow.
Second, they keep you informed. Before you leave they check that you have everything you need and that your itinerary is met. Need a chauffeur? Valet parking? Restaurant booking? Currency exchange? They help lead you by the hand so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Third, they’re on-call throughout your holiday. The relationship doesn’t end with the booking. If you need anything, no matter how small, you can contact us to fix it. And if there’s a big problem, our Emergency Travel Service will have arranged alternative plans – even before you become aware that anything’s wrong.
Fourth, the aftercare. From feedback to rebooking a trip, we listen to your comments. This is so we can update your profile, iron out any kinks and learn from you. Our relationships are constantly evolving to ensure you get the best service.
