There’s more to life than just Commute, Work, Sleep. At Reed & Mackay, staff welfare has always been of paramount importance. We started as a family firm and retain those values, building solid bonds between ourselves and with you. We are only as good as the people we invest in.

We care about the planet too. Established environmental policies mean we try to be as green as possible across all activities. We invest in innovative designs for energy, water and waste management. From office recycling to using sustainable resources from our suppliers. Every little helps and we are proud to be one of the only Travel Management Companies in the UK that has the ISO14001 accreditation for Environment Management.
Charity begins at home and, as a family firm, we try to give back as much as possible. We have an in-house charity scheme, ‘i-Care’, which focuses on supporting local charities projects. These include painting colourful murals in local inner city schools to mucking out animal stalls at city farms! All staff are given the opportunity to volunteer their help in our time – giving and gaining, to benefit all involved.
We also actively encourage and support the many employees who carry out their own charitable challenges. We have an additional Christmas Challenge where staff are encouraged to support a nominated charity. In the past 4 years we have sent an annual shipment of toys and essential supplies to a children’s charity in Ecuador.
